Little gem of a hotel.. We had the suite with spa bath and sauna. What an amazing experience. It's so close to all the main attractions, but off the main street so much quieter than other places. Beautiful view across the Marmaris Sea from our balcony. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was simple but filling, and the whole atmosphere was welcoming. I'd definitely go back!. .

Just ok. The staff were ok but the bed was not. My bed was almost broken on the side of it. The cleaner staff forgotten my bed to be changed after the continuous 3 days of stays then I had to remind the staff to get it changed. Also the bathroom lights were flashing and not working both of the lights until my last day of stays.. .

Best place to spend in Istanbul.. I was not feeling like , I am staying in a hotel. It was more like a family environment. Actually , the hotel is small and it has a common sitting lounge on ground floor with bar and resturant in sam lounge. The lounge is more like a Modren Cafe. I would see most of the residents in lounge. I made new friends. Played different games with the. Indoor type. The staff is execellent. Very helpful. Youngsters and cooperative. Mr Jack is the head and manages everything. He is available 24/7 You feel secure. They gave me umbrella. The parking is free. Food , I didnot try because I was already sick. They offer free Breakfast . The hotel is within 5 min from Haghia sophia and Blue mosque and 10 min from grand bazar. Its amazing. One of the guest was staying for 1 month . Just to get peace of mind and relaxation They have provided guittar, all time modren music , indoor games you can play on table. Room was tidy and well heated. There was balcony view of Marmara sea. marmara sea view. everything was nice and staff friendly. bar view is with marmara sea is wonderful. we stayed very tidy room. thanks for everything location so close is everywhere #maxisthebest thanks for everything 🤲🏻🤲🏻. .

Superb. Location was great. Room was comfortable although no towel rail. It is not obvious on booking but the accommodation is spread over 3 properties near to each other. We were across the quiet road from the building where breakfast was served which meant it was quite. Breakfast was a set plate every morning so you knew what to expect plus tea & coffee.. The music in the bar area was much too loud, they wouldn't turn it down which meant very few people spent time there. Would have been a great place to chat with people from different places..

The best place to stay in Istanbul. Stayed here in 2019 and returned this year. The staff here are so very welcoming and friendly, they do everything they can to ensure you have a great stay. Rooms are clean and functional, location is excellent, price is reasonable. Good breakfast, cool bar to have a drink and meet other people in the evenings after a day out. Fully recommend staying here.. All good..

The guy at the reception he was kind. It was totally different from the pictures that I saw in the website. It was very dirty I could see someone’s bears after shaving on the mirror.
