It was fine, but according to the reviews my expectations were higher. Cleaning especially is disappointing. Heating, it was rather warm in the room. Location is excellent. The fact that they changed the room upon the request.. 1) The rooms were not clean :( it looks like cleaning is done occasionally, there was some garbage left in the wardrobe apparently after previous guests, hair was everywhere.
2) when I asked about minibar as I had medicine with me that should’ve been kept in a cold place and sort of a fridge in the room was crucial for me, instead of simply checking the fact of the minibar’s absence in the room the guy at the reception started arguing with me and making fool of me..
