One to remember and would 100% stay at this beautiful hotel again.. I booked this hotel as a surprise for my wife as an anniversary city break. I asked the hotel if they could do a romantic gesture in the room for our arrival. When we turned up they immediately remembered who we were and advised us our room was ready 3 hours earlier. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, accommodating all our needs and requests. The pool on site you have to reserve to use but this means you have the pools area to yourself for 45 minutes which we really enjoyed. Other parts of the spa was open throughout the day and could use when we wanted. We booked a spa treatment which was performed in the pool room and was the best massage both of us has ever had.
The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The romantic request was fulfilled better than expected and looked so beautiful. The breakfast was included and very nice, all you can eat full of pastries, toast, yogurts, fruits etc, and a coffee machine which was also unlimited.. The only thing that we could suggest is to have a treatment room onsite instead of using the pool room. Although didn’t affect the relaxation of the massage..

Stay away from this hotel!. No fridge in the room, tiny room , rude and unprofessional staff. No respect for the guests , the iron was taken from the room without any notification while we were using spa facilities and then trying to get it back at the night time, couldn’t believe this nonsense. Rude receptionist! Such a disappointing experience. Thank you ruining our plans and 30th birthday celebration.

Very good. Very nice hotel, clean and very comfortable. I booked the room with spa access but wasn’t able to book a slot for the pool really disappointed as I was looking forward to enjoying the pool hence the fact that I paid extra for the spa access.
