Book it!. I did a LOT of research on hotels to find the perfect one, and boy did it pay off. Natalie was the hotel absolutely gorgeous (with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in), but the location was unbeatable. It was so close to bars and restaurants, and I always felt safe traveling at night, even as a solo female. The staff is also incredibly welcoming! I can’t wait to stay again.. .

Awesome experience!. The staff went out of their way to address every need and desire! The room was cozy and had a great balcony. And the rooftop views were amazing even though the bar had not yet opened for the season. My family and I will definitely be back to visit again!. .

Our stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts. We were staying at this hotel, it was an amazing experience, in very close proximity to all of the tourist attractions. The girl at the reception- Serena from Croatia was very nice and welcoming towards us, she recommended us places to visit in Paris as well. We will hold her in much special regard.. .

Beautiful and well located, but service and amenities do not match the price.. A good hotel, but overrated. Location is great; walkable to many things in St Germain and close to public transport. But the rooms were reaaaaally tiny and were missing some amenities that I'd think are a given -- like a luggage rack (so you end up having to open up your suitcase on the floor -- and if there are two of you with your own luggage each, good luck). The wardrobe also makes no sense. The hanging rod is perpendicular to the wall, so instead of being able to easily access any item, you'd have to unrack the front items in order to access the back items. I've stayed in small rooms before, but something about the layout of the rooms here made it feel too small and nonfunctional, almost. Perhaps I expected more given the price and the rating of this hotel. Also the breakfast was really mid. Mostly bread, which wasn't even located close to the butter for some reason! The butter was tucked away in some other part of the breakfast area. There weren't really any greens/vegetables for breakfast, either. The service was also a bit disappointing. Everyone was friendly enough, but for the rating and price of the hotel I would have expected more direction. When we checked in we were told we would get a notification when our room was ready, but that notification never came. There's not enough direction/introduction to the hotel and its offerings by the staff. And the layout of the 'lobby'/check-in area makes no sense. There's no area for people to form a queue, because there's an awkwardly large seating area placed right in front of the checkin. It was clean and beautiful, but service and amenities don't match the price.. .

Good hotel but go out for breakfast.. Great shower, nice design, superb bed, wonderful reception staff.. Breakfast arrangements are curious; some guests must queue and other walk straight in and find their own tables. One (male) member of staff pays a lot of attention to ladies, most of the breakfast staff ignore lone male diners. The food was not replenished on 4 of my 5 days, so there was little choice available. I really expected a LOT better..

The hotel was in a great location, the staff members could not have been friendlier.. Our room was great. We had a nice patio and plenty of room. it was a suite and we received lots of nice extras.. It would have been nice to be able to check in a little earlier..
