Great place to stay and great value, if you are noise sensitive bring earplugs.. Good location, nice room, great breakfast, wonderful and helpful staff.. Sound proofing was not the best so hall noise and live music from restaurant across the street was fairly noticeable..

Not worth the price. The price is not worth the hotel quality. It does not look like in the pictures. For breakfast they have too little options, the sink in our bathroom was dripping and we had wet floor all the time. The location is good near Sophia Hagia.. .

The perfect spot in Sultanahmet.. The location is perfect from which to explore Sultanahmet/Fatih. The room was warm with a very comfortable bed and hot shower. There was plenty of choice at breakfast time. The staff were super friendly and helpful.. Nothing..

Really enjoyed our stay will 100% will be booking again. Very comfortable and lovely staff we had a really nice time. The hotel really has a cozy atmosphere me and my daughter enjoyed our stay We stayed 1 night in Ortakoy crown plaza and 1 night this hotel really enjoyed our trip such lovely people.. Nothing every thing was outstanding.

Lovely boutique Hotel.. We just came from a beautiful family week break in Istanbul (3x of us)l. Staying in this lovely hotel , Nomade Exclusive SultanAhmet. I can truly say it’s a hidden gem in the SultanAhmet Historical area. It is a short walking distance from the main SultanAhmet Square and mosque, Arasta Bazaar,Aya Sofya mosque and also a 15 minutes walk to the tram station which is very useful. I strongly advise visitors to get a Istanbul transportation card that can be used for all the transportation modes. I want to say a big thank you to Chef Hülya hanim and her assistant Fatma hanim for a beautiful breakfast every morning. I want to also thank our housekeeper Shirin hanim , the front desk team, Hussein, Salman, Ahmet, and Gokhan for giving us a very warm welcome providing us with a nice room and always being there for advice and local help. The breakfast was very delicious, and there was complimentaryTurkish tea ,coffee and Home Made Cake by Hulya hanim all day for guests. I highly recommend this hotel.. .

Very strict cancellation policy. Complete lack of flexibility.. We booked 3 rooms (4 people traveling on a 3-day trip) months before our intended trip to Istanbul. Due to an emergency, I had to cancel my trip, so one out of 3 rooms in total, as the other people in the group continued with the trip. Initially, I contacted the hotel via booking.com (as we had made the reservations through them) two and a half days before the actual time of our arrival, informing them accordingly and asking if it would be possible not to charge the full amount of the reservation (the reservation policy is that if you cancel three days beforehand, cancellation is free). They replied that this was not possible. Then, I contacted booking.com asking them to intervene. They said that my claim was reasonable, as we were not cancelling all the rooms we had booked (but just one) and also because it was not a last minute cancellation. Next day, I was informed that the hotel refused to change their policy. I called booking.com again, asking this time for the possibility of rescheduling or at least charging me only for one night and not two (which was the actual length of the stay). The reply by the hotel was again negative. I have never met with such lack of flexibility ever before. I cannot testify to the hotel's quality or its other features, as I was not able to travel, but I would like to express my regret about the treatment I received.. .
