. The hotel is located on a one way street. It can get very noisy at times and the windows aren’t sound proof. Breakfast is decent and the personnel is nice and helpful.. .

. This is by far one of the best hotels I have been to in Istanbul. Esrafel the concierge is very friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to make everything convenient and easy for his customers. He even offered me his own metro card! His English is very good. Other staff members are very friendly too! Definitely recommend this place!!. .

Great location, good hotel.. We stayed one night. It was very clean and the receptionist (Sebastian) was brilliant - very warm and welcoming! The shower was powerful and our room (room 6) was quiet. I have not given full marks for a couple of reasons: 1. Breakfast was very good but when we arrived, some items were finished already and we were told we needed to arrive earlier for these. I would expect things to be refilled during breakfast. 2. Room 6 bathroom door did not close without significant force. It needs some maintenance. I would consider staying again though.. .

. This hotel is super loud and not great. Person outside our room at 1am organizing towels in loud crinkly bags. Thats how thin the walls and doors are I am aware that Istanbul is loud but this was like as loud as a cardboard box. The room was miniature with no bathroom fan. Super hot in November and the aircon did not work. Only blew hot air even when on regular fan setting or on aircon setting. This area is super expensive restaurants all scamming tourists. Find another area, trust me. Least favorite part of istanbul. 220Lira for a beer everywhere in this area. Go anywhere else and its 100Lira. Trust me. Free breakfast was so so. Not really worth it here. Everytime you walk past any of the restaurants near the hotel they hastle you to come in. Nowhere else in istanbul does this really. . .

. Staff eccellente, empatico, sempre presente e pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste. Struttura straordinariamente comoda alle principali attrazioni di Sultanhamet, con il plus della corte interna dove è possibile estraniarsi, per qualche ora, dal traffico stordente di Istanbul. Non tutte le camere sono perfettamente silenziose, ma si tratta di una piccola problematica che, visto il contesto e la disponibilità del personale, è assolutamente tollerabile. Consigliato, senza riserve!. .

. スタッフの皆さんがみんな親切でした。バスタブはない部屋でした。 道路に面する半地下のお部屋だったので少し車の音が聞こえましたが、光がなかったのでよく眠れました。. .

Very good Hotel in the middle of centrum. The location is Amazing, you are in the centrum!!! The Hotel is very cute actually and very clean. The Hotel employees are very nice and very helpfulness, also they can give you good advice where the best thing are!!! I can just recommend it.. .
