Book elsewhere. Nothing. Questionable accommodation, rude staff & was so unclean I had to book another hotel (I didn’t stay a single night of our three night stay). When I raised the issues regarding cleanliness I was encouraged to “stay one night” and speak to the manager in the morning. After requesting a room change, I was shown to an equally unclean room (as no refunds would be given). Naturally, given the unhygienic nature (unclean/stained sheets, dirty floor with hairs from previous guests, orange tap water, stinky fridge, no pillow covers on bedding etc.). I wasn’t able to “stay one night” and had to get out of this vile accommodation! When I escalated via booking.com, again I was told by the hotel “no refunds, you made a non-refundable booking”. Even though I stayed none of the three nights, the hotel were unwilling to provide any kind of refund. Save yourself the trouble - I ended up booking the “Forus Hotel Old City” which was lovely, clean, with great friendly staff and well located. Please consider somewhere like this instead..

Pleasant. Location, rooftop and friendly staff. Some rooms need renovation, it would be nice if the staff change the sheets since we stayed for 4 nights, our room was not spacious.

Very average, OK for a short stay. Location decent for the old city area. Staff were friendly. Bed sheets were visibly dirty with stains and hairs, so doubt they had been changed since previous visitor. No cleaning was carried out whilst I was there. Cash only for transfers, etc. Fair enough but bit of a pain. No safe in room. When I enquired about a safe, one was brought to the room but wasn't going to be secured in place so absolutely no point being there..

It was a very nice vacation! ❤️. The breakfast was very good and varied, the hotel îs close to the tourist attractions, everything îs new, în good condition and clean everywhere.. .

Wonderful stay & breakfast, only downside was aircon. Breakfast is lovely with a view of the harbor and nearby mosque. Breakfast has lots of salad options, fresh eggs and bread. The location is perfect and very close to Sultanahmet with all the tourist attractions. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside was the aircon dripped onto my bed in the night which was uncomfortable, however the staff sorted this problem the day after we raised it tp their attention. Overall recommend if you're looking for a small Turkish hotel in the heart of Istanbul!. .

Good. We really liked the restaurant and the workers who were always friendly and helpful and the bathroom which was spacious. Despite the spacious bathroom, some items do not work (such as the part where the shower gel was) The room is considerably small We also noticed that the people who clean the room They don't do anything other than change bathroom towels The bed is not made in good condition and there is no change of sheets (as we see in many other hotels) We gave feedback about this to someone at reception at checkout, I hope the information arrived. The frezzer doesn't work very well but it seems to be on because the area gets hot Under the bed there were items left(I believe from previous clients) and it was full of dust We had a bad time at night because we could hear everything from the next room and it bothered us. the fact that we have no privacy about this.
