Passable. Location is ok; staff was welcoming and helpfull. Breakfast can be better; bathroom should be renovated; decorating blankets and pillows were shabby and did not look sanitary.

Pleasant. . The room is tiny- which is not what is advertised. See the pictures I added for comparison. Barely enough room to move down one side of the bed. I understand the pool is closed, but I tried to access the rooftop terrace but there is no access available at all.

Very good. Location and service were exceptional. I have to pay my respects to the staff, especially to Emre who was really nice and helpful during our stay in Istanbul. Our rooms have been upgraded and he provided us a support in finding the parking space for our car, which can be an issue in this district. No wonder he was recognised as an employee of the year. :). Being in perfect location has its disadvantages. Hotel is close to other hotels and restaurants that played music loudly. Elevator tends to be a bit of a problem, but nothing too unusual for old buildings..

I had very bad experience was not happy with the room. Location. The first night when i checked in ,the room smelt very bad, we ended having the room changed. But there was still issues as the room was very small with little walk way.The toilet was very small and there was very little space to shower . When walking into the rooms i was shocked as it looked nothing like the photos online..

Clean, spacious rooms and a good location. This is the best hotel in this area. It’s clean, reasonable, has a friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth coming here.. .

Good. overall hotel room was clean. Breakfast. Food was always repetitive. Additionally chips, onion rings and mozzarella sticks were always cold. in my opinion this food is not served as breakfast but lunch or dinner. I don't see soup as a breakfast item..
