Great value and great location. Great location close to the blue mosque, easy arrival, comfortable bed and plentiful hot water.. It’s next a train line and could do with a bit of a repaint / retile. The shower holder was broken so you had to hold it by hand but there was instant and plentiful hot water. The price and location was so good these are very minor issues..

Lovely room in the best location and the best price. You can't ask for me. Cozy room in an exceptional location at a very reasonable price. It was a fantastic stay and I highly reccomend! The room came with its own pots and pans & cooker which was a life saver!! Resturants around here are quite expensive so we're very happy we were able to buy groceries and cook for ourselves. We're here to explore the historical spots, not to eat at resturants! Fantastic!!. .

Location 10/10. It's probably the best location you'll get for the price. Not only is it close to where you want to be and all the attractions, it's a 'nice' walk to them. Scenic, 2 mins to arastar bazaar and lots of restaurants and shops in every direction

Comfortable king size bed, working fridge and decent storage space. Decent shower. Slightly inconvenient having to pay with cash, meant I had to withdraw a lot more lira in one go than I'd have liked - and the maid collects the money, they don't speak English so can be difficult to be on the same page. For example I thought she was asking for a tip because she was pointing at the price and rubbing her hands after already recieving the cash. Instead she was trying to tell me she'll give me some change....
Apart from that not much at all negative. Walls are slightly thin so you may hear your neighbours, especially if they use their bathroom. Not much toiletries are provided and you may go through the shower gell quickly. I suppose beware of mosquitos as well but that isn't specific to the apartment!.

Superb. We arrived around midnight, despite this, we checked in very quickly and easily. The apartment has everything you need, a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea from the balcony. The location is in the very center of the old city, all the sights are a few minutes walk away. There are many shops and restaurants around. Thanks to the hostess for her hospitality and trust!. I didn't have enough of a second blanket, my wife and I are used to covering ourselves with different ones. If we come again, I'll just ask the hostess, I'm sure she won't refuse).
