Incomplete and nightmarish Stay. Nothing as the whole experience turned out to be a nightmare.. 1. We did not get the family room we paid for. We were given 2 double rooms. 2. One room had a window overlooking a corridor thus no fresh air in the room. 3. Toilets and bathrooms dirty and mouldy 4. Broken floor. 5. The most disgusting things about it was bedbugs discovered on curtain and bed. 6. Room was changed 2 times. 7. During a room transfer a brand new child dress disappeared for which we obtained full compensation. 8. Insecticide was sprayed on our clothes and we had skin allergies as a result. 9. Staff offered to wash our clothes but afterward claimed 300 turkish lira. 10. The walls are not soundproof. You can hear all the noise in staircase and corridors. 11. We had to find another place after 4th night to escape all the mental stress. 12. After 2 days we are still itching from insect bites. 13. Staff ironically told us to keep sending Booking.com messages..

we could not sleep. Nothing. actualy Location was good but in the very bad and old street. Internet was OK.. everything were dirty, we could not use blanket and towels. aircondition was broken and i tell them, they said tomorow we will fix it, we could not sleep that night because was so cold and blanket was so dirty, we use so many bed sheet. bathroom was so Handicraft. while you use bath or toilet water come inside of room. stairs was so dangerous. very bad smell every time on floors. windows has so many holes and wind come inside..

New Hotel with limited service. I've booked and stayed at Marpalace Hotel near the Golden Horn recently and here are my combined positive and constructive comments; 1. Location is perfect. Few minutes walk to Grand Bazaar, Golden Horn itself, Halic Metro Station and surrounded by restaurants, stores and bit crowded too. 2. The check in process took time because the room is not yet ready. 3. No breakfast and no area for serving food too. 4. Rooms are new, supposed to be the Receptionist will put in a new room with a fan and I just arrived from airport, tired, starving and walked from another corner to reach the hotel and totally disagreed on him about this room with fan, it never mentioned on my booking details. 5. I stayed for 2 nights and it is pricey, comparing to other hotels nearby. 6. No housekeeping service - even I just stayed for 2 nights. Nobody clean my room. 7. Hotel employees are all nice but they have to improve guest service and do something to attract more clients and sell their rooms and reevaluate their price. Cheers and expecting some changes soon.. .

Location is good but bed, bed Sheet ,toilet(without lock),floor, furniture all are dirty and old and i found 2 mause as. only the location. very old and unhygienic rooms. Dont ever expect anything what you see in their website's picture.

HORRIBLE. NOTHING. DONT BOOK!! The place is in the ghetto. The beds had BED BUGS! I have evidence too. Had to check out a few hours after I checked in cause of the bed bug situation. They couldn’t help me at all. They couldn’t even compensate.
