Nice location, but shabby room. All members of the personnel were very friendly and supportive. The location of the hotel is exceptionally good.. The cleanliness of the rooms was unsatisfactory, especially in the bathroom. The bed sheets were full of hair and stains. The water never really got warm, neither did the room. We spent the first night in a room without proper heating during winter..

Very good. Staff are helpful. Room is good. Excellent location few mins walk to Galata tower, restaurant, 20mins walk to Taksim Sqaure. 8-10 mins walk Shishane metro if you want to go to Taksim Sqaure by Metro. 10-15mins to metro/tram/ bus station) to go to Sultanahmet Sqaure.. .

Exceptional. Beautiful top floor with panoramic views of the entire city from the centrally located hill of Galata Open for breakfast but after that open at all times for guests. In door and outdoor seating --perfect place to work. The guy with the red hair at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me in securing an additional night stay after an application issue.. .

Good but rough around the edges.. Great location and staff were friendly, welcoming. Also the view from the roof terrace is great.. Definitely rough around the edges, bedding was old and a bit discoloured, Bathroom was a bit run down..

AVOID STAYING AT ALL COSTS. Do NOT book this hotel. I booked 6 months previously to staying and I spoke confirming my booking 3 days prior to arriving and they had my number. I arrived to find they cancelled the day before. They claimed also they were full and the truth is the rate I agreed was far lower than they could get last minute. They are a DISGRACE and totally unhelpful. . .

Dirty hotel, dishonest staff, don't pay before you see your rooms, don't give them credit card details during booking. The worst experience ever, me and my wife arrived at dawn on Wednesday, March 29, the weather was cold and it was raining heavily, they gave us a room located two floors under the ground, very dirty and very cramped, there was no fresh air or a bathroom suitable for humans, the bed sheets was dirty and full of blood stains, and a lot of insects. I told them I wanted to change the room, they said I have to wait until tomorrow noon. We could not stay for more than an hour and we walked at dawn to another hotel, they deducted the value of the stay for four nights and did not accept to return anything, and when I told them that this was unfair and illegal, they canceled the reservation, it seems that the people who runs this hotel is a gang and not professional people in the field of tourism.. .
