Owner makes all the difference!. This hotel is right in the middle of the cultural/tourist part of Istanbul, which makes taking short breaks during the day feasible. It's also close to several public transportation lines and easy walk to the pier, which also makes exploring further out very easy.
The rooms are pretty standard. But what sets this hotel apart is the owner/hostess. She's so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely talk to her and she will help you plan your day and give you tips on the best way to get somewhere or things you shouldn't miss. She made this trip so much easier and more fun.
Amenities include free wifi, free breakfast that is pretty good, and free bottles of water. I would definitely stay there again next time in Istanbul.. .

Great staff, great location and personal hotel. Client relations staff- Tuna was there to advice as I had a one extra day stay in the old town of Istanbul.
Some aspect of the room could be slightly cleaner but my stay was not affected.. .

Clean hotel with friendly staff close to the main.. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and each morning would give advice on what to see and how to get there. There was always a good spread for breakfast and plenty of Turkish Coffee or Tea.. .
