Very good. Good location. Easy to walk to major attractions. Breakfast was good - big range of food.. Our room was above the recycling bins and was noisy. People recycle into the early hours! Double glazing wasn’t very effective..

Great hotel for city break.. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location of the hotel. It was in walking distance of the centre and marina - we didn’t require any taxis the whole time apart from to and fro the airport.
The room was clean and comfortable - only downside was that our view was of a wall. But we weren’t overly bothered as we didn’t spend much time in the room, as we were out exploring.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great scrambled eggs.
Staff were very friendly and always accommodating and greeted us every time we came back and they were extremely helpful at booking our taxi back to the airport.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.. .

Not good. Erghhh!!! Usually I don't give bad feedbacks.
1. I checked in on Oct 30th around 9pm & the reception assigned us to room. I & my partner walked into the room & realized after entering it was occupied by someone else as soon as we saw the bags inside. We got so scared & luckily they were not in room. It was our first time in Europe & we got so scared/strange. We ran back to reception but the reception was so calm & asked question if the room was occupied. Honestly he didn't apologize & noted someone made mistake in system. If he had a doubt, he should have atleast checked it before assigning it me. What a shock.
2. Day 2 of my stay - Another shocking!!! My room was cleaned around 11am from housekeeping but I returned to room around 4pm as I was tired & was taking a power nap. All of a sudden, housekeeping (lady) entered the room by using her credential without even knocking, thinking nobody in the room. She left immediately but I went out to ask if everything is okay, but she apologized and left right away. I went to reception to ask why she entered but reception said he will look into it & get back. It was so strange!!!
3. I stayed here 4 night & my bathroom toilet FLUSH didn't work on last day. The reception came & fixed it few times.. It is outdated.
4. Rooms are very small.
Only thing I liked in this hotel is location. It was near for everything but service is extremely bad & disappointed.... .
