Overall, i didn’t enjoy my stay here much due to very poor condition of rooms and toilets (broken showers, non-functiona. Only that it was close to the attractions like Hagia Sophia mosque and topkapi palace etc. Staff was also friendly and accommodating.. The property was not maintained at all, rooms and toilets were very old, not properly maintained. There was huge difference (adverse) in what was shown in the pictures and the actual conditions of the rooms (wasn’t expecting this bad condition of the rooms). Corridors were smelly, rooms didn’t have enough lighting and even some of the bulbs were faulty and staff was unable to fix them due to electric wiring issue..

Passable for a short stay (mainly due to Location and price).. - Staff very good and cooperative.
- Close to shops/restaurants and some tourist attractions.
- safe area/reasonably lit in night.. Initial few issues but then was okay:
- we were given a room in a different building at the backside of the hotel which are flats.
- no lifts (as advertised)
- intial room had issues with bathroom and no kettle, no AC remote (these issues we partially resolved and the next day our room was changed to similar specifications with all things working). So we did not complain anymore as we did not want to exhaust ourselves with accommodation issues and try to focus on enjoying Istanbul.
NB: Lily and Ramazan were amazing all through out..
