Left on first night and booked different hotel. Smelt like sewage and wet floor/bed . Where to even start with this hotel. We turn up, the reception is tiny but the staff were very friendly (one positive) - We went to our room and the smell of sewage was unreal, it smelt so bad and the floor/bed was wet. We actually left on the first night of a 3 night stay and went to another hotel - it was that bad. Worst hotel I’ve ever been too easily. The smell was horrible and smelt like we had a drain in the middle of our room. Was so bad I paid £290 to stay elsewhere for the remainder of our trip. Also didn’t get offered any refund etc for the remaining two nights. Very disappointed in the whole experience.. .

Will definitely come here if we visit Paris again!. I took my mom for a quick weekend trip to Paris. I picked this hotel by other good reviews in my local Facebook group of travelers and I have to say it was the best choice I could've done!
The hotel is at a great location. Even though we were a bit scared of operating the metro at first, it ended up being a very simple job and the Convention metro station is truly easily accessible to/from the hotel and will take you anywhere you need.
We got a lovely top floor room from which we could see the top of the Eiffel tower which was a nice little detail! The room was clean, everything we needed was included.
A great addition to our stay was the outside terrace garden. Great place to go and rest after a long day of walking.
Breakfasts had a neat choice of different kinds of food and we enjoyed it. Same with the reception coffee and tea machine which was 24/7 and free.
Lastly I'd like to praise and thank all the nice receptionists. They spoke perfect English and were also very welcoming to my mom trying to speak French to them. Super lovely people and definitely it was also thanks to them we enjoyed our stay so much!
If we ever return to Paris this is definitely the place we will stay at again! Thank you Abaca Messidor! ❣️. .

Location was great. Nice shops and boulsngeries etc and right next to the metro station which was a plus.. For us the location was very good. Nice and quiet.. We were in the annex and stairwell was not very clean.

It was nice. I stayed for 5 nights in a single room - no breakfast.
Room was clean, very simple.
The bed was nice.
The location is perfect for everyone that wants to go to an event in expo (10 min walking). It has restaurants and supermarkets almost at the door.
I did not enjoy the fact that the air conditioner was fixed at 19 ºC. I called the reception and they said they could not do anything. It is an hotel, if I am cold I should be able to change it.. .
