Very bad attitude from the owner. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, which makes it very convenient. We were allowed a late check-in, the room was clean and there were basic toiletries (shampoo and soap) provided.
The location and cleanliness are the only positives, but the poor facilities, lack of hospitality, and unprofessional attitude make this hotel feel far below even basic standards. Definitely not recommended.. The worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in, mainly because of the owner’s behavior.
When we arrived, he insisted on keeping our IDs and got upset when we refused and copy them in another room, visibly annoyed.
On the second night, we had to ring the intercom to be let in since guests aren’t given access cards, and then he angrily confronted us for having our room key, claiming there’s a policy to leave it at reception every time you go out, which was never mentioned at check-in.
