Very good. Provided free water and coffee, staff were nice. AC on the 7th floor could not overcome the heat (27-28c at midnight). We were moved to the 3rd floor as a result and solved the problem..

Exceptional. The room was very clean, but it did have a musty odor that I suspect came from the shower.
The young lady who was responsible for cleaning my room was amazing! I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she seemed to be Filipina. She spoke perfectly in English and was always bright and cheery. I hope she gets promoted to the front desk! This is the 3rd time staying in this hotel, and I'll probably stay there again as I go to Barcelona yearly.. The musty smell in the room..
