I want my issue to be solved as I had attached proof for the evidence.. Novotel hotel orly rungis and one of the guy told me to pay €150 deposit qnd we will get back our deposit and we stayed 3 days from 2024/05/24 to 2024/05/27 in room number 237 and we are supposed to get our deposit back on checkout day and I have been trying to contact Novotel team through email with proof that I have paid my deposit but I haven’t got any response yet nor this issue have been resolved as I haven’t got any reply still trying to reach out. Lastly, we even had to pay tax and paid separately of amount €73.17. However the staff replied me that the deposit amount will be deducted from the tax . How come it be possible if I had paid tax separately.Customer service wasn’t great at all as well. I hope these things won’t happen to anyone from this hotel again and seeing forward to solve our issue.. .

Disappointed. Nothing. Staff not really friendly room was average for the money I spent the bed was so uncomfortable I had a back ache by the morning. Restaurant door was average.

Poor customer service, rude staff. Poor customer service. The property does turn on air conditioning and it was very hot in the rooms. They say it is not summer yet. The front service staff is very rude. They charge an extra amount at the time of chek out which they call it as “city tax” on top of the tax you paid at the time of booking. .
