Very poor. Wi-fi works really good.. The hotel unfortunately turned out to be different from the pictures. Cold tiles on the floor and a very dark room. We paid extra for a room with a balcony which did not close, making it noisy and cold. The air conditioning and radiators were blocked and even after consulting reception nothing could be done about it. We slept in our clothes, covered with jackets (stay in January). The room was not clean, especially the bathroom - although this is more the fault of wear and tear, the room is suitable for renovation and cleaning does not do much..

Does what it says on the tin.. The hotel is in a great location for the zoo. It is also a part of town that is away from the main tourist drag so the food in the local restaurants is great.. We were lucky that our fellow guests were considerate and came home quietly, but I was still woken by the sound of doors closing because of the echo in the corridors. I hate to imagine what its like if raging alcoholics stay..

Exceptional. the place is located near the zoo, metro station and around 20-28 mins to the center of the city. Only the thing I liked is hospitality and the service + free coffee/tea. If you are planning to travel Barcelona for a short stay, this is the right place for you. And don't forget to check the room sizes, they have too many options. By the way, quotes, naming they do is so amazing too.. the room we booked a bit smaller but it was just right to spend nights during the rainy days..
