Excellento. From when we walked in the door we were greeted warmly, nothing was too much trouble.
The location is excellent very central to lots of attractions, but also due to the location it's in a nice quiet corner, just around the corner from one of the best gelato shops too!
When I come back to Rome I will stay here again!. .

Superb. The location is superb. Loved the safety of the square and the quiet but being very central. The staff was amazing and gave my daughter and I upgraded rooms.. The food from room service was mediocre but everything else was fantastic..

gorgeous hotel in a great central location. this hotel is in such a great location, central to many touristy sights, great restaurants and shops which aren’t too far away. The rooms are really nice and plenty room for a couple, we had a gorgeous view of the front! Check out times are very generous (12 noon) and hotel staff were even able to have our room cleaned early when checking in (and our bags were taken up to the room for us while we were out exploring!) wifi sometimes drops out in the room, but not a constant issue!. .

Lovely hotel, great location.. Perfect location for sightseeing and local restaurants which were literally just off the piazza.. Nothing to dislike, a traditional Italian hotel which is what you should expect in Rome. Friendly helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast . Great location in a beautiful city..

Excellent experience - Highly recommended hotel!. We spent 5 days in Rome and the experience couldn’t have been better! The hotel was located in the historical city center, just a few steps away from Pantheon. The room was really convenient, spacious, super clean! Breakfast was so nice, tasteful, with quite a variety of both sweet & salty snacks. Personnel was very polite, & really helpful. Best experience, highly recommended to all! Will certainly stay there again when I will return to Rome!. .

Weekend away. What a great hotel in central location in Rome
The hotel is near the Italian parliament so secure with lots of police and security.
Minutes from Trevi fountain-and short walks to the others - Even the Vatican is a walk away
Hotel check in - quick friendly
Room - comfortable- clean
Breakfast - great choice and quality
Bar - comfortable prices. Ok for the area
Recommend for a weekend in Rome. .

Great location but a bit tired. Location and view from our room. Bathroom small and tired, the edges of the shower screen were dirty.
