Nice and cosy hotel in Paris. Very nice and spacious rooms, and great service. Very close to metro.. The breakfast could have more options. The location is a bit far from the center but close to the metro. Having some slippers would be useful..

Good. I loved the location of the property and how clean it was. The staff are friendly and helpful. The check in was seamless and we could store our luggage on day of checkout.. Unfortunately the heating system was not working in our room and it was very cold as we were on the ground floor. However, on the second night the hotel staff allowed us to switch our rooms..

Good. The decor and facilities at the hotel were good. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was great, a good selection of continental foods to choose from and good coffee.. The heating in the room was controlled by the staff which I thought was odd. The temperature in the room was either too cold or too hot throughout our stay, and we had to keep going to reception to ask for this to be changed. I didn't sleep well as the room was too hot but I could not turn off the heating without going to reception. When asking if the lock on the control panel in the room could be taken off so we could control the heat ourselves I was told it could not be and staff were generally not as accommodating as I had hoped..
