Nice hotel on a budget. Fantastic location.. We stayed there for five nights as a family of four. The main advantage of this hotel is that it is literally 5 min walk from the Rome Termini train station. However as you reach the hotel you realise that the reception is on the first floor, but it is open 24H. There is a lift but its only for two person max. The location is fantastic as the it is near the main train and bus station and there is a drinks and snacks kiosk just under the hotel which is open till 2 am. There are lots of restaurants and takeaway shops nearby to suit every budget, including a McDonalds. The room was spacious but the only thing we did not like was that the shower enclosure was too small for even a normal person and there was only one plug in the room for charging your devices. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All in all if you are on a budget this a perfect hotel for you.. .

Location good, everything else very very questionable. Location is good & this is the only reason you’d go near this place. Staff indifferent & more focused on chatting on mobile. Rooms last touched 20 years ago, bathroom tiny, shower worse, toilet cracked. Aircon not fit for purpose & this was Autumn, imagine Summer. Apparently a 2 star joint & I wonder how it got one of them.. .

Our stay was enjoyable and got lots of bang for our bucks. . We book a room for four persons for our family stay in this hotel, which is located around a 10-minute walk to the train station. It seemed that there was an overbooking and we were given two double-rooms for the first night. We didn't make a big fuss as we were three person to stay in these rooms for the first night. On the other hand, we were upgraded to a suite for four persons for the rest of our stay on the fourth floor. This was a different atmosphere and the room and amenities were much more comfortable and spacious. The rooms in general require a bit of tender, love and care, especially the plumbing fittings. Otherwise, there was a fridge and we could borrow a kettle, which made our life easier. The reception was on the first floor and rooms were accessible via a small lift. Note that this hotel did not cater for breakfast since Covid. Otherwise, the hotel is located between central Termini and Repubblica Metro stations, could be reached on foot less than 10-minutes. . .

This is a real acomodation only place not a travel experience in a nice hotel. Just a place to spend the night during a. Good location. It is very basic. I didn’t expect anything special because of the cost but it was literally nothing but a bed. The shower didnt have portable shower head. The shower towel looked wrinkled..

Location is perfect!. The location is perfect, the staff were friendly and they store your luggage. They let us have an early check in too.. The shower is too small. You can’t fit through the doors to get in and once in you can’t turn around. We are average sized people, one of us a size 12 and still struggled..
