Поселили не в тот номер за который заплатили!. Отель хороший, маленький как и все в этом районе, есть лифт, что как я поняла редкость для отелей самого сердца исторического Стамбула! В шаговой доступности все самые главные достопримечательности! И до босфора 10 минут неспешным шагом. Вполне хорошие завтраки, всего хватает в любое время! Улыбчивый персонал! Но есть один минус, я заплатила за трех местный номер, а нас поселили в двух местный и сослались на то что в отеле нет свободных номеров!!!! Я была согласна и на этот номер, уж очень понравился балкончик с видом на Айя Софию, попросила раскладушку, но ее так и не принесли и сыну пришлось спать на диване который не раскладывается, мы так и прожили три дня в двух местном номере, хотя заплатили за большой номер!!!!!. .

Worst hotel ever! Don't book it!. Don't go this hotel! The front desk people at day time are hostile, rude and unprofessional. We got there at 5 pm and they asked for our passports. I gave them our passports and the girl with hijab put them in the drawer and asked me to pay in order to have them back!! So at this moment I felt sth is up. So after I swiped my credit card, they said there's np room available for us although we booked it through Hotels.com. They sent us around the area to find a room with a 20 month oold baby in my arms!! We were placed in a two star hotel with no crib or bed for our toddler for three nights and with my daily visits to Aquarium hotel finally we were given a room. The door to the washroom was broken with scattered glasses on the floor and we have a toddler!!! The hotel doesn't care about clients and standards since they get enough tourists in that area. It is located at a prime location. The night shift were nicer people but they don't understand a word of English but one of them is fluent in French. We didn't have any problems with that since we speak French in Canada.. .

In unseren Augen keine 3 Sterne wert. Von dem Hotel waren wir leider ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war verdreckt und wurde in der ganzen Woche kein einziges Mal gereinigt, Schimmel im Bad, Kabel hingen von der Decke, die Heizung ging nicht und hat die ganze Woche getropft, die Fenster waren undicht und dadurch extrem zugig. Alles in allem leider sehr schäbig. . .

OK hotel til prisen. Opholdet svarede nogenlunde til det forventede, og hotellet var valgt ud fra beliggenheden. Eneste store irritationspunkt var, at vi ved ankomsten sent om aftenen kun kunne få det ene af vore to betalte værelser. Derfor var vi tvunget til at dele værelse den første aften.. .

. plutôt malhonnête . L’hôtel est bricolé : par exemple les plinthes sont inexistantes ou mal ajustées , ça sent l'humidité....Par contre la jeune dame à la reception est très accueillante. .

. centrally situated but no elevator only stairs, and its a challange to go to room on 3 floor . very bad cleaning situation . breakfast is a disappointment.. .

Horrible. Simply avoid this hotel. Me and my spouse ignored one bad review and learned our lesson. We visited Istanbul in last week of October, 2010 and stayed in this hotel. Except location and free WIFI nothing is positive. Bathroom was smaller than we have seen in our life. On First night bathroom in our room was so small that if you sit on toilet your face is literally in sink. We asked to change room next day, got few more feet in bathroom but that is still couple of more feet than what you see in airplain (yes, no kidding). Also bathroom and their rooftop breakfast are dirty; we ended up buying air freshener to survive for 3 days in the hotel. We don’t see how anyone can give positive review on this hotel. Area has many hotels, simply look other way and don’t get fooled by positive review and pictures of Aquarium Hotel Istanbul…. We noticed people coming and checking room before renting them, which is good idea based on our experience just to avoid any similar hotel in area.. .

Clean hotel, great location, friendly staff. This is a very cozy and clean hotel with a great location - right behind Hagia Sofia in the Sultanahmet square. The rooms are very clean and well arranged. They are a little tiny - a lot like the family run B&Bs you find in Greece. They have an excellent rooftop dining which has a fantastic view of the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia - so each morning you get to have a breakfast with a V-I-E-W which is itself worth a lot, especially for tourists. The staff is young and very friendly, always on the job and ready to take requests and provide city information - they obviously know Istanbul in and out. Literally a 2 minute walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topokapi palace and the Archelogical museum. It is also 2 minutes walking to the tram line - which connects you to the Bosphorus port , the Bus station, Ataturk Airport and Beyoglu. It is 5 minutes walk from the charming bazaars of old Istanbul - and is surrounded by restaurants, people, carpet shops and tourists.. .

Good location - Needs improvement!. This hotel is adequate. We chose it because of a sterling review we had read and we were surprised that it was not better. The rooms were very small The bathroom was very small. The shower leaked. There was not even a chair in the room. The extremely small closet only had only one hanger. The positives were that it is in a great location, right down the block from the Hagia Sophia and all the other sites. The personnel were very helpful. And it was clean. This is what I would call my bottom limit for a hotel room. It was clean and a place to sleep. It was probably a good deal for the price.. .
