Good value for money.. The location was great, in a very safe area of Rome and next to Vatican City. The room was clean, but very small. It was OK at the end because we spent the whole day in the city. The breakfast did not have eggs or meat. The coffee was amazing! The staff very professional and helpful. Overall, good value for money. I would definitely stay with my family next time in this hotel.. For breakfast, I would like at least one protein (eggs or meat)..

Rude. Horrible experience with the front reception who was working March 20, 2023. My friend and I (two female travellers from Canada) went to this hotel to ask for assistance as both or phones had died and this was next to our actual place of reservation. We could not reach our host, and under the assumption that Italy was a friendly country, we felt it was ok to ask the nearest hotel for help. We went in the front reception was kind at first and agreed to try and reach the host of our property. I said to my friend, let me step outside just in case our host shows up at our property while we were asking for help. The guy started yelling at my friend saying “your friend left, I’m not helping you, leave my hotel” she comes outside practically in tears and embarrassed. I went back in and pleaded with him to help, he continued to yell and scream at me. I was extremely confused and apologetic as I meant no disrespect by stepping out to wait. He agreed to help after I almost had to literally beg. People… please beware of this crazy hotel workers. Extremely rude and obnoxious. Female travellers… especially if you’re travelling alone DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!. .

Very good. Friendly, comfortable and clean. My room was basic and small but perfect for my needs and excellent value. I was happy with the facilities included/breakfast as I used it as a base for exploring the city the majority of the time (only really there to sleep). The location is very good for the Vatican and some amazing restaurants nearby. The check-in and out were very straightforward and I appreciated the method of keeping the key. Would definitely recommend for people after the same type of stay as myself.. .
