Great customer service. I picked this hotel due to the great customer service rating on Trip Advisor. We were very impressed with this hotel, I had emailed the hotel prior to our stay to arrange for a driver to pick us up at the airport and it worked out perfectly. The driver was waiting when we landed. I also asked the hotel for a driver to drive us to the cruise port, they looked after organizing this driver also. This is not a free service, but it made my stay with them stress free. I had picked the Double Room in the Annex Building (Boschetto). It is a small room but was perfect since we were out visiting the sites in Rome. The room does have air conditioning and they have a small elevator. They were also helpful with recommendations of visiting the different places in Rome and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay at Hotel Grifo if we visit Rome again.. .

Exceptional. Staff were very helpful and could not do more for us! Fantastic location, easy to get to all main attractions and Termini within a 5 minute taxi, could be walked easily. Would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting. Thank you. .

Great hotel with great service!!. The location is great, close to the main attractions and the staff was amazing. Would recommend if staying in Rome and want to be close the colosseum, bars, pizzerias and metro station. Breakfast was amazing as well with many options.. .

Would stay again. This was the best experience in Rome. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke English. They booked us transportation when needed and gave us good recommendations on things to do and see. Rooms are small like all European rooms but very clean.. .

A lovely place to stay in Rome, we had a great time.. Superb location walking distance to the Colosseum and other tourist spots in Rome. Amazing staff, the team running the hotel were excellent. They’re all very welcoming, friendly and professional! They do their best to ensure the guests are comfortable and having a great time. Good breakfast as well. Special thanks to Alen who suggested things for us to do and see, really helpful! Would definitely stay here again when I come back in Rome.. None..

Amazing location and front desk staff!. We spent four nights at the Hotel Grifo and really enjoyed our stay. Alen at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful. He provided so many amazing recommendations and tips & tricks for exploring Rome! The location was perfect and we were walking distance from so many of our itinerary stops. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!. .
