A good hotel with an excellent location and helpful staff.. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, decent breakfast.. At night it can get a bit too noisy when garbage cars come to take the garbage away or cars pass etc. But not too bad..

Grazie mile - very helpful staff. Hotel staff very kind and patient. Lost my phone in a taxi and they spent 2 hours calling to try and get it back for me. Extremely helpful and reassuring. Comfortable room and very good breakfast service. Great for business trips or short stay. .

Disappointing. Nice super-central location. Breakfast: ok. Cleanliness: ok! Very kind staff, who tried to help me as much as they could - I am very thankful.. The heating was just very noisy AC. No heating in the bathroom.
The windows were very old and with very thin glass: during the night I was annoyed by the constant noise of the ventilation system of the massive shopping mall next to the hotel..

Excellent service and location. The hotel’s location is excellent. It is very accessible in all the tourist destinations by bus or by foot. It is near the bus stations and metro. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Food is fair enough. Cleaners come every day and changed the linens. Highly recommended. Beds are not comfortable.

If you want a rock hard bed, a cold shower and a dysfunctional thermostat, then this is the place.. The location is great. It is walking distance from so many things in downtown Rome. The hotel is also only a few minutes from a metro station which was convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was small but I thought it was good.. If you want a rock hard bed, a cold shower in December and a thermostat that can't be adjusted, then this is the place for you. I only had one cold shower but that was enough. This hotel has what I would call Advil Beds. Your back will need an Advil in the morning. The rooms are REALLY small and barely have enough space to walk. The safe in the room is so small it won't hold more than a phone. The hotel sells itself as antique; an opportunity to experience old Rome. I would say it's more an opportunity to experience the 1970's and the hotel needs to be updated. It was not worth the price. We stayed 10 nights..
