Unprofessional, dirty, and rude. Location. Here's a review you might consider: Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them rather than a valued guest. Their attitude was consistently dismissive and unfriendly, making the entire experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and dust in several areas. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant, with mold in the shower and a lingering unpleasant odor. It was clear that housekeeping was not a priority here. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would strongly advise against staying here unless the management makes some serious improvements to both their customer service and their cleaning standards..

A disaster. We were 4 people and one of them had to go to another hotel, because her reservation was given to another person. We were told this is a usual practice in this hotel. Breakfast was very basic and poorly served. There are much, much better hotels in this area for the same price. The hotel has also a pub, so high music is played until 12.30-01:00 at night, making difficult to have a good night sleep. There is also a lot of noise coming from the kitchen. We spent 5 nights there and the room was never cleaned and the towels were never changed. If you follow my advice, do not book this hotel. They are far from being professional.. .

This platter was not priced on the menu. that's why they insisted on him. Of course I couldn't resist the temptation and ordered. everything was fine and dandy until they brought the bill for payment. 30 Turkish Liras turned into 3000 . It was a shock. A huge scandal started. The waiters insisted that they told me that it cost 3000 and not 30. That such a plate cannot cost so cheap. Although the fish was fried with a lot of oil and dry. . Badezimmer hat stark nach Moder/Schimmel gestunken, so stark das man die Badezimmertür und Badfenster zu machen musste, so das keine Luftstrom mehr war das daqs Geruch ins Zimmer wehte. Trotz Reklamation habe ich erst am 4.Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, da hatte ich schon die Geduld verloren gehabt und ein anderes Hotel besucht. VG Misel Uzlas. .

. Kan bestemt ikke anbefales. Badet var møg beskidt. Madrasserne på senge de var brugt op, da de var begyndt at bøje fordi der er blevet siddet så meget i midten af madrassen. Hotel lugtede grimt. Disgraceful. location. room booked for 5 nights. out of the 5 nights, it was only cleaned once and that’s after persistent request made. staff unhelpful and didn’t seem as if they cared. Hospitality non existent. the room itself was outdated, broken cupboard doors, dated interior. Unfortunately not able to give minus ratings, otherwise this would be in the depths of my hot heap of excretion..
