Unpleasant situation. We booked and paid in advance the whole stay, arrived at the hotel at 2 AM (our flight landing in Fiumicino at midnight) and were charged 30 EUR for the “2-hour delayed check-in” (?), even if the reception was announced to be open 24 hs. But this extra charge was later reimbursed in compensation for the non-working TV of our room 102 (next to reception). Then the manager offered us to change the room and we were moved to room 101, by far the WORST ROOM room of this hotel, literally in front of the reception, so you can hear EVERYTHING what happen in the lobby, e.g. phone calls, conversations, passengers checking in and out, snoring from the reception… My advice: avoid room 102, and RUN AWAY if you are offered room 101, unless not sleeping the whole night is fine with you…. .

Italia Hotel Sweet Home " Childhood Memories " thank you. This hotel was awesome! It was a great deal, and the staff was super friendly. The hotel had everything we needed, such as clean towels, showers, hair dryers, and soap. We even got a knife, wine opener, kettle, microwave, fridge, and safe when we asked for them. The beds were comfortable. The décor of the rooms was just perfect. The big mirrors are amazing, and there are hangers and a wardrobe. Additional sheets and towels are provided. The location is exactly as shown on the booking app, very accurate. We loved that everything was within walking distance, including the Colosseum, which is about a 30-minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. There is no need to book dinners or breakfast, plenty of shops around. It was so much fun staying in one room with my five cousins. It was just like when we were kids. Thanks for a great time! I definitely recommend this hotel! From the airport, you can buy a train ticket to Termini Station for only 17 euros. There is only one stop to Termini Station. From the train station, it is less than a 10-minute walk to the hotel. There is no need for a taxi. A taxi will charge you 20 euros per person. The train is really good. Trains go every 15-20 minutes from the airport to Termini. They run from 4 am until midnight (23:00). Have cash! It is very important to note that not everywhere accepts cards. Book your tickets for the Vatican and Colosseum online.. Absolutely nothing Everything was 💯% Well done ..

Bed Bugs, Weird neighborhood, go anywhere else. Bed was comfortable. BED BUGS!!!! Also no warm water no heat so I literally did not shower. I felt so unsafe 0/10.

Would not recommend. Front desk staff helpful. Shower walls and floor falling apart. Bed was extremely hard. Pillows very flat..

I am not happy i have a lot of bed bags bits. Near train station. I dont like becouse a the bed therre is bed bags😡😡😡.

Don’t stay at this hotel it’s terrible. . Firstly the hotel gave me and my son a double room when we had booked for a triple, they then gave us a room with a double bed a two single beds which was ok. The beds were that solid it was like sleeping on a board, and I have a hard mattress at home. The man from reception then came and knocked on the door in the morning and said that we had to move to another room with a double bed and one single bed in to. We got kicked out of our room as they had made the mistake not us. There was no blankets in the room just a thin sheet and I had to ask for two blankets. Don’t stay at this hotel, the staff are idiots and play the I don’t understand the question when we said you should have given us the right room in the first place. . .

You get what you pay for. This is in line with the rest of the small, off chain, hotels around the area. If you have ever stayed at one of these, you get what you expect to get. The location is great if you need quick access to Termini.. When we checked in, the person behind the counter asked us to pay cash for the city tax. I told him that I do not carry cash on me when I travel, and he seemed put off by this. Also, that was the only time I ever saw someone behind the counter. We left the key behind the desk because, after 10 minutes, no one came to help us. I also had to grab the key from the same spot when I came back..

Clean and tidy, excellent location and got the family of 5 comfortably in one room. Thank you for our stay. It was clean and loved the decor and open window to the street.. The shower was fine just the shower head was old and didn’t adjust. Also, one of the sheets had a rip in it (hole) and blanket had a stain. Would be good for new linen.

Good. Very close to bus and train station. Staff is good. Preferable for less budget.. .
