Lovely place to stay. Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was buffet style and the staff were constantly refilling everything and making sure everything was clean and tidy. The receptionist were lovely. They booked trips for us, a taxi to the airport and arranged for the driver to go via things we hadn’t managed to see. Recommend places to eat, gave us a map to find things we needed, including the closest atm. They even lent us an adapter for our phone charger. The rooms are absolutely, spotlessly clean. We had a room with a balcony. Some reviews say the rooms are small, we found it fine. We didn’t go to Rome to stay in the room! The sheets were crisp white and the housekeepers cleaned daily. There is a fridge in the room containing water, you do have to pay for the water if you use it or there is a small convenience shop almost opposite if you want to stock up with pop etc. Should we ever visit Rome again, we would definitely stay here again.. .

It was decent and got the job done I suppose. Property was fine. Clean rooms, good working toilets and hot water.. The rooms ran hot and there was no AC to control. The shower flooded the floor anytime there was a shower. The rooms were extremely small for 2 people and luggage and bags - felt a bit cramped. It was also not super close to tourist things - about an uber ride away..

Lovely small hotel, great quiet location and enjoyable breakfast.. Excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. Balcony was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.. Nothing..

Good Return. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 18 years. Although this it is our first visit to Roma in eleven years the hotel did not disappoint. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable of their city. The room was small and functional and everything worked. Although we didn’t have a balcony, we had a good view of the Roma skyline. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here, it is also very well positioned for sightseeing. hopefully not too long before we are back.. .

The location is amazing! We were very thankful for the help of the receptionists since they helped me find my sunglasses. Cute and cozy place with personality. There is art everywhere hanging on every wall. The breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but just enough with quality products and on top of that very polite staff. The room was clean and they kept it up that way for all of our stay. The location is amazing and easy to find.. .

An outstanding family-run hotel in Rome!. My wife and I absolutely love staying at this hotel. This was our 20th time for our traditional annual holiday in Rome. The Modigliani has remained consistently excellent. First of all, the hotel itself is ALWAYS clean as a whistle, with tasteful decor and very comfortable rooms. Complementing its spic and span appearance, the staff is very helpful, sincerely friendly, warm and engaging. Nothing is too much trouble for them! In addition, they serve a delicious and hearty breakfast. It’s no wonder, then, that we are always very happy to stay there every time we visit Rome! We intend to keep doing this, as it enhances our holiday experience. Its position is also very ideal, in a street radiating from the Piazza Barberini. A stone’s throw from the Spanish steps and via Barberini. We wholeheartedly recommend this Roman hotel, which exudes charm, character and comfort. Alla prossima, Hotel Modigliani! Centrally located and clean.. The location and housekeeping.. I could hear the other guests in the rooms next to me and above my room..
