Pleasant. The location is in the safer zone in Paris and near the train station, but you need to know how to navigate in the train station so that you can get to the correct exit. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a convenience store too. If you cross the road, you can actually see Eiffel Tower (half of it) cos that is how I get the view of the glittering tower at night. The hotel has lift access, but unfortunately, I stayed on the 6th floor, which still needs to climb up cos the lift on serviced to level 5. We like best in the room is that we can access Netflix.. When we reached on the 1st day, we noticed that there was only 1 bath towel in the room, but I booked a room for 2. Went to ask the reception and was informed that they do not have enough towel due to delay in delivery and told us that we can get out towel at 4-5 am in the morning. What is this!! How are we supposed to bathe with 1 towel. They did not even inform us when we checked in. Then there is no hair dryer. We need to call them to request it. All amenities,if needed, need to request and not be originally placed in the room. No mineral water, too. We asked for housekeeping and throwing my bath towels in the bathtub but when we returned, the towels were not changed. The worst of all is that there is no rain shower so we can stand to bath cos the shower head is placed near to the bathtub level. Basically, you need to sit in the bathtub to bathe if you want to use both hand to wash your hair. The water temperature is also not consistent, half way through, the water temperature can become cold. The wall paper is red so it makes the room darker and a bit creepy..

Very good. Very clean, the bed is comfortable and good shower. For a short stay it was good value for money.. The room is small with a big bed, so it was a bit of a compact space..

Very good. Really friendly staff,especially Alberto. The location was perfect. Everything in the centre is literally in walking distance. The room was cleaned every day .. The room was a little bit narrow . There was a shortage of towels the one of the 4 days that we stayed..
