The only hotel we stay at in Paris. The staff is very helpful and professional. We have stayed there four times. The location is perfect because the train station / metro is across the street. The taxi stand is also across the street. There are cafes within walking distance. The train station also has various shops and even a grocery store. Every time we have stayed there, the rooms have been very clean and the housekeeping staff very pleasant. They have a lovely breakfast buffet and breakfast room service, should one choose. We come back to this hotel because it is obvious they are courteous and care about those who stay there.. .

Small, clean hotel close to the city center. Nice little hotel just a few steps from a train station, metro, and, most importantly, city center. The room was small, but clean, and the bed very comfortable (I prefer the harder ones!). The staff extremely helpful. This hotel is most suitable for those who intend to spend most of their time in Paris sightseeing.. The breakfast area is really small. When all the tables are taken, it's not that easy to reach coffee machine without bumping into someone. Breakfast could also include something warm, like scrambled eggs..

Good. Clean, good location, comfortable bed, quiet, nice personnel.. Very small shower cabin, not enough space in the breakfast room. Problems with heating, but it was remediated by personnel..

Superb. Comfortable and close to Saint Lazare Terminal.. Room is comfortable for one and two would be a challenge..

Amazing for what you pay!. This hotel was amazing! We stayed for a week and let me tell you... If you looking for a bargain and can't be bothered with luxury, this is the hotel you looking for!! Amazing price with the best location, is just next door from the station. This station have links to most of trains and tube. There is a shopping centre inside the station, perfect for your shopping and a supermarket. The hotel is very calm, no noise from outside. It's clean and fresh! Breakfast it's the same everyday but it's all fresh and organised and for the price we paying we can't expect too much! The staff speaks English if you need and they was very friendly!. The rooms are a bit small but for what we pay it's perfect! Need some hooks in the wall for jackets..

HORRIBLE.. HORRIBLE. We arrived to this tiny "hotel?" with a lobby that can barely fit two people in it. Guests were coming down the miniature set of winding stairs saying the elevator did not work. We were waiting to check in and upon hearing this asked if we could cancel our reservation- I told them that my friend could not walk up those stairs with a suitcase with a bad leg and they refused!!. they said someone was working on it! Because we had paid in full, they said "too bad- you paid in full and we will not refund your money". We did not stay there as it was an unsafe setting with no working elevator and a tiny ( 36" max) winding stair case that we could not have even fit our suitcase in to walk upstairs flights- ridiculous. It smelled and was dirty and would never recommend staying at a place with such rude management. We were appalled.. .

- AUSTIN'S SAINT-LAZARE HOTEL - . We were grateful for this hotel that kept us safe and warm for a few days. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and lots of varieties as well. The hotel is small but cozy. I want to thank the kind lady who prepares the breakfast every morning. She was a hard worker and was always nice to us. The breakfast area can be claustrophobic if you don't like small spaces. The breakfast was enough to get us going. The rooms are small and the shower stall is extremely small. Its an adventure in there. The train station is across the street as well as stores where you can purchase water and snacks. The overall location was good and we ejoyed our stay. . .
