Great location. Location is great... Trevi Fountain only a couple of minutes away by foot. Info from the off was great with contact asking arrival time, staff were helpful and polite. The room was comfy and clean. A little fridge in the room was good to keep drinks cool.. Room was comfy and clean but walls/celling couldn't have much sound proofing as we could hear neighbouring rooms. No coffee making facilities in the room..

Very much like the hotel and location. Second time to stay at the hotel. I like the upgrades and remodeling quite beautiful. Like the entry into the dining area but did notice the tablecloths were gone and they were a nice touch. My only complaint being no way to control air conditioner from blowing directly on you. Had to turn off at times and couldn't open window to noisy.. .

Fantastic location, comfy room, awful wallpaper.. Location was brilliant, right near the Pantheon (and in Rome, this is the most important thing).
Room was clean with a nice big bathroom and good amenities.
Easy check-in and check-out.
Bed was firm but comfortable.. The wallpaper in the room is absolutely hideous. Like awful, awful.
Outside of that, a cheap and cheerful place to stay in the centre of room..

The location was great for the price. It is ideal for 1-2 people traveling.. We didn't experience the breakfast, so I couldn't comment on it. The location was perfect, not in the thick of the crowds, but just a short stroll to the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. The rooms were clean and the ability to open the windows for fresh air and to just view the city life was nice. The front desk staff were nice and helpful.. The elevator was tiny. It could only fit 1 person and 1 luggage, or 2 people tightly. It would sometimes stay at the top floor while you may be waiting on the bottom floor for 10 min for no apparent reason. The bed was more firm than soft..
