Convenient and good value. Good location in upscale residential area, yet in the City. Nice refreshed rooms and common areas. Attentive and helpful staff.. Our room had mold in the toilet and bad smell, should be fixed..

Most underwhelming 4-star hotel I’ve been to. The staff was very friendly.. - We stayed in Room 17, which looked nothing like the appealing photos shown online.
- The breakfast selection was extremely limited, with most items served cold (even the scrambled eggs).
- The body wash bottle in the shower was empty.
- The room itself was much smaller than expected.
- The bathroom door was annoyingly squeaky.
- To open the windows, you had to use a separate handle that wasn’t attached to any one window. There was only a single handle provided, meaning you had to move it from window to window just to open or close them. This setup was inconvenient and felt incredibly cheap for a supposedly 4-star establishment..

NO AIRCON. Our room was very somber and nothing as nice as the photos in Booking.
It's October but still 24' in Barcelona and therefore quite hot in the room. Turned on the Aircon but only got heating, which according to Reception is normal in October. Sleeping with the windows open in a noisy city and on the 1st floor is not an option, so we had 2 sleepless nights.. .

Friendly staff, clean and comfy bed and shower. Modern deco and bathroom , and good value for money. Beautiful spacy room with large windows and black out curtains. Great shower! Comfy bed. Breakfast finished at 10am so it would probably be nice to stay open a bit longer. There are nice cafes nearby so it wasn't a big issue.

Superior location for shopping and living as a local experience.. The location of the hotel is superior. Only half an hour walking to the big shopping mall El Diagonal. Good breakfast.. Rooms are worn out and decently cleaned. Booking charges 15€ - 25€ higher price than actually hotel cost on other platforms. Also misleading information about airport transfer. Booking posted that an airport shuttle is provided, but in fact it is NOT! Be aware that there is no free shuttle to the airport. Maximum reception can hire a taxi on meter..

Do not stay here . We stayed at this hotel for about a week. The cleaning staff is horrible they don’t clean the bathrooms or change the bedding daily and if you ask them to do it they get all offended and always have a smart answer. The bar was closed after 1pm and you can’t even get sugar or ice past that time or simply a glass. There were two rude employees at the front desk,Will and Mercedes. The others were nice. Not sure why a business owner would hire Will as the head of the front desk he has no manners or education and seems to come from the ghetto. The worst part probably was the service provided by the server at the bar, they had one only. The server came to substitute the FT employees that were on vacation. One day I went to have breakfast with my father and this guy was slamming plates as he was putting them away, making a lot of noise like is he was really upset and he turned on the tv, selected a channel in French and turned it up super loud. Very annoying. On a different occasion I went to the bar during lunch time and I sat at a table with dirty plates, there was no single table clean . After waiting 15 minutes and being completely ignored I went to the server to ash for high chair to feed my 10 month old baby. He replied to me that he was not going to be able to help me for at least 30 minutes because he was busy. I asked him again for the baby’s chair and told him the baby was too little and needed to eat right away and could not wait so long. He then replied to me that he had no chairs which is not true coz I got it once before. The business is run poorly. . .

Dinner is served between 8 and 9:30!!
And no room service is provided either.
Definitely not acceptable for a 4 star hotel in Spain. Fortunately there are several restaurants that serve dinner till midnight in the neighborhood.. .
