. Hello. I want to inform you about this terrible travel.
When I arrived at the NEVA FLATS, the receptionist didn't know about my reservation.
He told me that did't receive my reservaton from cheat ticket.
So, I went to some terrible basement room of another hotel.
I could not find sunlight at all, the shower stall was broken, there was no hot running water and I could hardly sleep for the noise.
I want to know who's responsible for this. cheap ticket or neva flats?
I'm wondering if I can get a refund on this problem.. .

ประทับใจ. ไม่ได้เข้าพักที่นี่ เพราะ ที่พักมีปัญหาพอดี แต่ทางที่พักก็จัดการหาที่พักใหม่ให้ใกล้ป้ายรถเมล์กว่าเดิม ที่พักใหม่จำชื่อไม่ได้ แต่ว่าบริการดีมาก ให้ฝากกระเป๋าหลังเชคเอ้าท์ แล้วยังแถมอาหารเช้าให้ด้วย แต่ที่พักที่นี่ก็ดูจะโอเค ดูสะอาด พนักงานน่ารักมาก คุยเก่ง อัธยาศัยดี เอาของมาให้กินเล่นระหว่างรอไปที่พักที่หาชดเชยให้ ประทับใจค่ะ :). .
