Disappointing... Hotel location was good as it’s close to termini station. Breakfast was offered free of charge in a different hotel, not many options but better than nothing.. Rooms are located on the same floor as reception so you hear all the noises. Also at some time during the day there’s no one at reception desk to accept the guests so if someone is checking in they could be ringing the doorbell for hours. On our first day we didn’t had hot water, wifi stopped working and the TV so we couldn’t even watch anything. Middle of the night someone was ringing the doorbell and no one was around we had to call emergency number for someone to come otherwise we won’t be able to sleep due to the noise. Next day we mentioned this to the receptionist and there was no apology at all. The only respond we got was (Oh too many problems). We booked this hotel due to good reviews online but were highly disappointed..

Exceptional. Location was perfect, easy in and out from train. Small but nice room that had everything we needed. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was an unexpected bonus.. Room is tight but common size for European stay.

Nice, spacious and clean room. Polite staff. Great value for money.. Really nice room for a family of four. Enough space for all of us with a big closet for wardrobe and a fridge to keep our food and drinks. In addition there was a free tea in the room. Room was cleaned every day. We were offered a free breakfast that was in another object, maybe 20 meters down the street. Staff was polite and we had no problems in communication. Great value for money! All public transportation methods are in the vicinity (tram, bus, train, subway).. .

Superb. The location was excellent, close to Termini Station, what we were looking for. The room was a good size, very plain but equipped in everything you would need. Also breakfast was included that we were not aware of, and although it was very basic, it was a noce surprise for us.. Bathroom was tiny. It was hard to find it at first. None of it bothered us at all..

Good base for Rome. Very good cheap and friendly hotel. Comfortable and adequat rooms. Loved the quassants, coffee and juice in the mornings. Ramone was a delight. The balcony bar is a welcome extra with wine @ only 2 euro a glass. .

great staff. Friendly staff in a good location near to Termini station and Metro plus plenty of places to eat and drink within 5 minutes walk. Only letdown was that the room had a strong smelkl of cigarette smoke, something that is a thing of the past in most places. .

Great location and friendly staff. Great location and friendly staff! The hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were super helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. As a nice bonus, breakfast was served in the hotel next door – and it was really good. Thank you for a lovely experience!. While the hotel was nice, the neighborhood felt a bit uncomfortable at night. We’d recommend staying aware of your surroundings..
