Exceptional. The room was very clean with a lovely terrace over the gardens. The bed was also very comfortable. The pool and spa area was a huge plus for us. Great way to relax after a long day walking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The location was perfect. Lovely area and very convenient with the Commerce metro station so closeby. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.. Nothing! I cannot find fault with this hotel..

Very good. gym room too small and partail equipemet so vintage and not function.
But, it open in 24 hours, this is good arrangement.. Room lighting can' adjust to enough bright..

This hotel was by far one of the best we’ve stayed at! The staff was very friendly and always offered to help us we need. Amazing hotel , very friendly staff and super close to the Eiffel Tower !. I liked everything about it . I can’t say anything bad about it . Honestly had such a nice time ..

Lovely spa hotel in a quiet street.. Helpful staff, spotless room, lovely spa. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the 'hood.. The hotel bar was rather poorly stocked, and the bartenders knew nothing about the most basic drinks. But like the rest of the staff, they are extremely friendly and willing to try their best. Maybe a competent bar isn't the focal point of a spa hotel; I don't know..
