Very good. Excellent location to get to the must see attractions in Old Town. On a quiet side street with plenty of choices of restaurants nearby. It is on an incline which is not unusual in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again.. .

Poor. . The hotel is in a small route taxi refuse to take u there, for old people it's a disaster I have my parents with me they were suffering to reach the hotel, horrible location, when it comes to rooms they need maintenance only one plug of electricity works imagine full family charging in one plug , TV is not working since day one till we left , beds not comfortable when it's comes to amenities , no shampoo until I complain about it to get it , let's not forget the useless sleepers it's better to bring ur own it's just could be anything but not a sleeper and for cleaning they said we do it every day but it's not true I already complained twice about cleaning the room for staff only Mustafa was a good help he was apologising for his colleagues mistakes and behaviours he tried his best to make us feel better by providing the amenities missing like shampoo towels roll paper, and he even bring us fruits as gesture after apologising , what u pay for and what u get doesn't much it's an overrated hotel, in general it was a horrible experience ..

Great little hotel in a good location. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and friendly staff.. On the fourth floor, the roof generator would kick in sometimes during the night and it was quite loud. If you are a light sleeper, this may bother you..
