Good Position. The hotel is beautiful and it worths 4 stars! It is very close to rambla and to pas.de gracia (the main streets ) 10 mins walking. You can reach metro in 2 mins walking and the zone provides a lot of restaurants and pubs .
Breakfast was reach. Probably, They should improve the amenities in the bathroom .. .

Terrible costumer service. I recently stayed at Evenia Rosselló Hotel in Barcelona, and while the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was terrible—staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns.
For the price I paid, I expected a much better standard of service. Although the food was enjoyable, it wasn’t enough to make up for the lack of hospitality.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as the poor customer service overshadowed the few positive aspects of my stay.. .

Okay for the stay but not sure I'd go back. the location is excellent, staff are pleasant, the room was a good size but with the cot for our child getting around furniture was not so easy.. temperature control in room didn't work, and the shade system blocked the full opening of the window unless you wanted to give folks across the street full view of your room and occupants. With the shades down, air from the window could not adequately cool the room which made for uncomfortable sleeping on already uncomfortable beds. There was a lot of noise from the street, so another thing that added to the poor night's sleep we were having..

Good location, comfortable and very clean. Located in the heart of Barcelona, just minutes away from the main attractions, this space is spotless and exceptionally comfortable. All good nothing to complain about.
