Very good experience.. All was ok ! Good position near restaurants, T 1 station ,turistic atraction and other things. Cowboy was fantastic, a 10 grade manager. All the day from breakfast to dinner he was amongthe tourists socializing with them to creatr a good mood. Congratulations to all hotel ESEN staff !!!. .

"Prime location, exceptional cleaning staff, and delicious breakfast made my stay enjoyable, though oversights like. The housekeeping team deserves special praise for their exceptional service. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness greatly enhanced my stay.
Conveniently situated near metro, tram stations.and attractions (hagiya sofia,galatta tower). A varied and tasty breakfast.. One day my room door was left open by someone and remained unlatched until I returned. This raised serious safety concerns about belongings and personal security. During my 5-day stay, there was no electric kettle provided in the room. This was inconvenient, as I rely on hot water for teal coffee..
