I highly recommend WestSide Residence by Rotana to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and welcoming place to st. We recently had the pleasure of staying at WestSide Residence by Rotana in Istanbul, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. But what truly made our stay stand out was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Special mention must be made of the manager, Ms Vesile Kaya and Mr Hakan who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Ms Vesile Kaya’s warm hospitality, and kindness made all the difference. The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The location of the hotel apartment was also ideal, with easy access to Istanbul's main attractions.. .

Wonderful Hotel. I was staying for a family vacation in WestSide Residences by Rotana. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. I love how big the rooms are compared to other hotels as well as their location and close proximity to major sites within Istanbul and the beautiful views from the rooms specially the night skyline. It is close to lots of stores, malls, coffee shops and restaurants. Their customer service manager named Hale is a very professional and caring young lady who ensures her guests enjoy their stay and are happy, she helps answer questions as well as resolve any issues they may have. Their front desk people are very helpful and friendly. They always took care of my requests and helped me when I needed. I had an early check out at 6am and I couldn't do the breakfast buffet so their front desk person named Hakan was able to arrange breakfast for me to ensure I don't miss my flight which I really appreciate. The room service was great as well. I would only suggest to add more food options in the breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay in this hotel next time I go to Istanbul.. .

Hotel stay was good & enjoyed but very disappointed due to transport connectivity which I didn’t notice prior to boo. Hotel is neat & clean. Staff kind & attentive. Breakfast is good.. Hotel at remote location, no connectivity to nearest metro station mahamutbey. This should mention by hotel during booking itself. Every time you need taxi to go out & come back to hotel. And taxi guys are fraud. Hotel should arrange at least shuttle between nearest metro station to hotel & mall of Istanbul..

Vacation trip. I would like to thank the housekeeping team ,especially Ms Fatma she was very sweet and helpful ,very hardworking and made my stay very smooth and comfortable. The only thing maybe they could improve is the room service menu the food wasn’t very fresh.. .

Good location, great breakfast, friendly staff, good housekeeping, and South parking plus they have valet. Very nice location, friendly staff, clean rooms and the housekeeping. She was doing amazing job every day thank you. Aiza Plus self parking in you can park your car in the basement grab the elevator straight to your room. Do you know how to deal with the valet and all that.. .
