Does What it Says on the Tin. Really good option for Paris and excellent location next to major stations. Good breakfast. Rooms small but with all that is necessary for a city break. Very friendly and helpful staff.. .

Ok for one night when our Eurostar train was cancelled and we needed to stay somewhere close to Gste du Nord.. Breakfast was quite good with a reasonable choice. Reception staff pleasant and friendly enough.. Entrance and foyer to the hotel could be more inviting. Room and bathroom very small, carpets a bit grubby looking and the entire hotel is a bit tired and in need of a refresh..

Pleasant. The hotel was near the center and that is great. The employees are very nice and polite. Breakfast is nice. Everything is pretty clean.. On the other hand, the neighborhood is not very nice and loud. The whole place (room, hallways...) is quite small..

Convenient location. This hotel is a short walk from the Gare du Nord, and an even shorter walk from the Gare de l’Est. Possibly because of proximity to the latter station, the hotel seems particularly popular with German speakers. We stayed here because we've had long waits for Uber after arriving late at night on Eurostar at the Gare du Nord, so we preferred a short walk to go straight to bed.
The bed was very comfortable, giving a good night’s sleep. External noise from the street below was barely audible, and the room was comfortably warm.
Although the small rooms had clearly been refurbished in recent years, there were power sockets on only one side of the bed. Presumably whoever designed the rooms oddly believes that only one half of each couple has a smartphone and/or smartwatch. On the positive side, the television had BBC World.
No soap was provided in the bathroom, only shower gel, which was disappointing. No flannels were provided either.
Breakfast was adequate and the sausages were very good, but nothing else was particularly special with only two choices of juice. Don't forget to take your breakfast ticket to breakfast, which are you given upon check-in.. .

Comfortable and relaxing oasis in a busy city. Personnel was very nice and accommodating. The walls were a bit thin but this might be a paris thing….

Nice hotel, shame about my cold shower. Good location 2mins walk from Gare de L'Est which is ideal for an early morning train. Breakfast was good and starts at an early time which is ideal.. I only stayed for one night and although I was able to have a hot shower the evening I arrived, the shower the next morning was cold. When I mentioned this to the guy on reception there was no offer of remedying the issue either through fix or discount..
