Very good. The staff was so nice and they were very helpful. The cleaning of the room was done daily and they were willing to help each time we needed it.. The ventilation system was pretty loud but it is not a deal breaker. Even though we could not check in earlier than 15:00, we could leave our baggage at the property and that was nice..

NOGO to enjoy the advertised outdoors amenities. Nice room and hotel in a quiet area but walls are seemingly thin. So if someone takes a shower at 4 am or checks in next door at midnight-you will hear it should you sleep. My biggest gripe though was unavailability of pool and roof terrace for the entire stay due to renovations according to their website ongoing since October ! 2024 that are however not noted AT ALL on booking.com . Otherwise this hotel is really very chic including the bar area and their breakfast is outstanding.. .

Great location and excellent hotel in Barcelona. I loved the location – it is really well connected with the city and, at the same time, the area is not too noisy. Staff was really friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a fabulous stay. I liked everything.

Nice place, nice staff, good rooms and pleasant common spaces.. Staff was very friendly. Room was roomy by European standards and well-equipped. The breakfast cost 15 Euros but we thought it was well worth it. The food was varied and tasty. Given the distance from downtown it was good to start with a full meal.. The location is the only minor hitch. Metro and taxi stops are several blocks away and it's another 20 minutes or so to the main part of the city with the key attractions. When you leave the hotel you go downhill but when you come back at night it's a fairly steep uphill climb. IMHO though, the price break counteracts the inconvenience..

Good. The open buffet breakfast and the abundance of varieties were very good.. The fact that the bathroom door was glass and empty on the sides was disturbing in terms of privacy..

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. On arrival, we were charged ‘tourist tax’ which was around £80 for our week stay. Then we asked how to access the swimming pool and they said it’s closed for the next few weeks due to construction on the property. This ruined our entire trip, as the whole reason we booked this hotel was the first 4 pictures are literally of the swimming pool balcony. All they did was apologise and offered to add free breakfast to our stay which was of no use to us anyway because we didn’t add it in the first place as we wanted to eat out for every meal. Also, every morning there was drilling and hammering noises waking us up at 8am and builders shouting in the hallway. Neither the construction or swimming pool closure was mentioned anywhere before or after we booked our stay. They could’ve at-least made us aware, and really there should’ve been something on the jet2 page for this hotel that there’s current construction works and the swimming pool should definitely not be the first 4 pictures if it’s closed. The staff were lovely though don’t get me wrong, they helped us with directions and gave us ideas of things to do around Barcelona, but unfortunately the power of compensation was not something they were authorised for. We understand that it was the January month and most people wouldn’t want to swim in a cold pool anyway but we were planning to use it as a ‘cold plunge’ after we used the hotel gym. Also this just reminded me about how awful the shower was. The shower head was clogged up making water spit out at a ridiculous pressure in random directions and there isn’t a shower curtain of some sort so every time you shower the water has to go all over the floor and there’s no way around it. They say there is a ‘mini-bar’ in the room, but really it’s a tiny fridge that only had 2 bottles of water in it with nothing else, and we asked if we can have the water refilled every day but they said this was only for the first day, so what’s the point of calling it a mini-bar? The sheets sometimes had hair or blood stains on them, even though they did smell washed and were changed every day. Overall, rubbish hotel experience but did the job as we only came back to sleep. A 50% reimbursement would’ve been nice, especially considering we payed a stupid ‘tourist tax’. . .

Never Again. My stay was booked for 6 nights. There was a construction and renovation in the second floor and the roof during my stay, which continued from 10 am until 5:00 pm. Resting and relaxing was impossible, and taking calls for work was also disastrous! I requested a refund to check out and that was rejected too! If i was informed upon check in that i will be hearing noise all day long, i would definitely consider choosing another hotel for my stay. Staff couldn’t even do anything about it as well as front desk manager. I was offered a free breakfast instead if a refund on my terrible stay! Will never come back again !. .
