Barcelona Awesome!. Great staff.. nothing was a problem even with only speaking English.. greeted us outside to take our bags and then took them to our rooms once we checked in..
Great location.. felt very safe.. walk to most things from the hotel.. shopping, restaurants, bars.. great little Irish pub around the corner!. .

The staff, breakfast and location were the highlights.. The location of this hotel is fantastic - very close to everywhere. The room was fine - clean but one of the sockets didn't work. I think they may have sorted that as we did report it. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice.. The good definitely outweighs any blips..

Exceptional. It’s in the best location possible, right in the middle of Barcelona. You don’t need to take taxis for most of the attractions because it’s in walking distance. The breakfast was excellent both in taste and in quantity. Also the room was cozy and very tasteful.. .

Breakfast was excellent!. My initial encounter with one individual at the front desk wasn't what I would expect. All subsequent encounters were great.
The room was fine. What they call a terrace was unsatisfactory. I would describe it as a hole in the ground. It was below grade with a fence that we couldn't see over..

Upon arrival, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They even gave me an upgrade bed. The staff was very atte. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Loading unloading curbside was an extra bonus. Fairly close to a good safe parking lot.. .
