Poor. Location. This is a 2 or 3 star apartment hotel and maybe it would be better to go back more often. It has no facilities. The breakfast room is underground and is very stuffy and has very little variety. They did nothing to check in from 2 to 3 o'clock and only took documents and checked in after begging at 3 o'clock. When we went to the 4th floor, the workers were just cleaning and argued with the receptionist why they let guests in at 3 o'clock! And we waited another 20 minutes. The cleaning time of the rooms is 3-4 pm, even hostels clean between 12-2 pm, not a 4 star hotel. The only reason we chose the hotel was the good location of the hotel, which is in a good neighborhood and has good access. I will not go to this hotel again..

Perfect location and very helpful staff. The hotel has an ideal location being very close to the main department stores, Opera Garniers, lots of restaurants and bars. It is 30 min walk distance from Louvre and other landmarks. Pret-a-Manger is just next door that was a big advantage when you needed a quick breakfast.. The room temperature was quite low (I stayed in early April) but the manager solved the problem by providing a heater. All the rest was just fine..

Decent hotel and price point. Rated 4 stars but really more like 3 stars to me. stayed at a comfortable room that was clean and had a balcony. Nice room and after spending 4 nights of previous hotel with poor heating, I have to commend this hotel for being warm.. very impersonal feeling.
