The perfect place to stay in Istanbul. The breakfast, on the top terrace with a view to the Marmara Sea, which in sunny days is incredible, is nothing short of amazing. There is too much offer, especially for sweets. Which you cannot stop eating. Not good. :)
The room is perfectly adequate for two adults and a teenager.
Placed right in the middle of the old town, a 5 minute walk to the T1 Tram.. Really nothing to mention..

. Perfect location in the old city, 5 min by foot to the Blue Mosque or to sea coast. Perfectly clean rooms and everyday cleaning service. Good choice for breakfast with a view to the sea. Very comfortable beds. We booked a room with two bedrooms in annex building. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen had kettle, good choice of tea and basic set of diches.. One small table in one room would be useful. Special payment condition (partial cash payment) was not announced to us in advance. Property accepted card payment at the end, but make sure to verify with the property in advance..

. Excelente ubicación. Muy cerca de Santa Sofía, la Mezquita Azul y el Palacio Topkapi. Muy buen desayuno en un piso superior con una vista espectacular del Bósforo. El personal de recepción muy amable. Todo muy bueno. Nada para apuntar como negativo.

Perfect location, clean rooms, private hammam and very rich breakfast with amazing views!. Location is amazing. Breakfast on the roof top with a view (if you are lucky with weather) is a very inspirational start of the day! We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a private hammam - for 4 adult people is a bit small but very comfy and clean. And private hammam is a big bonus especially in winter time!:). .

Soggiorno per capodanno in camera quadrupla fuori dall’hotel a 2 minuti di distanza. Staff gentile. Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti dalla tranvia. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Camera accogliente. Niente da dire.
