Everything was fine at the beginning (check in) we enter on Wednesday night and that night we asked for an iron (for our clothes) which was delivered at the room (it took lots of time) on the next day we went out of the hotel and we left a Do Not Disturbe sigh out of the room, on Friday morning we needed the iron again and we discovered the iron was removed from our room without notice or permission, basically someone entered our room to take it!!! We complained to the manager in charge and expressed how inappropriate this event has been. They said they will investigate which I do not care anymore, I got all our belongings in the room, our passports and shopping things.
This has been an invasion of property, sadly.... .

. Hotel was not that far from the metro station to the burj khalifa about 4 to 5 stops take taxi to the al jafiliya station about 15 dirham. .

. Yusra and Anna at front desk were very friendly and helpful! They made our stay warm and pleasant. They are a great asset to the hotel. The housekeeping staff was fantastic and kept our room neat and clean always. The only issue I have with this hotel is small room sizes. I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger. Breakfast was amazing every morning. . .

. The staff did try there best to rectify the room issue at check in. I really liked the shuttle service to Dubai Mall. The breakfast was good but I've stay at other comparably priced hotels in Dubai and had better free breakfasts that offered a omelet station and more choice.Over all this hotel was good. . .

The staff were brilliant - super friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
I stupidly left my headphone at the gym, the cleaners handed it to reception - i was impressed with the honest and integrity of the staff.
Location is great - must try the Truck ada restaurant, which is 2 min walk away.
Overall Fantastic stay. . .
