Exceptional. Room, location, breakfast, overall cleanliness, professionalism of the staff.
At first glance the hotel is a bit far away from the city center. But in reality you can use public transportation, for example the bus Nr. 170 which takes you from/to Termini and city center. And the area itself is quiet and beautiful. You can also learn a little about the daily life of Italians.. Everything was fine..

Great staff but awful food. Amazing hotel but don’t pay for the breakfast as it’s awful, it spoilt our holiday as cold food that should have been hot as no hot plates , bacon was either burned or uncooked, eggs made us ill all day , fruit was all dried up simply not worth having , staff are absolutely wonderful so it such a shame that the food let it down , I have been to several H10 hotels in different countries and they were great , this certainly needs looked into , as a lot of the food was inedible,. .

The location was great, cleanliness as well. However, disappointed with the overall experience.. There was no kettle in my room, which is a standard practice for hotels. When asked I was told I have to upgrade my room to get this service.. I was also told that I had a taxi voucher that I could use for free, which then at checkout I was asked to pay for. This needs to be cleared out..

Awful service do not eat at restaurant. Restaurant is understaffed. Only one person available to work. It took over 1 hour for meal to arrive (perhaps due to kids party downstairs). Awful service. When I complained shoulders were shrugged. In London this would be 1 out of 10. Reception staff are good but do not eat here. It is a very bad experience.. .

Eccellente!. Visited for 3 nights with my wife and daughter to celebrate an academic achievement.
Check in was very friendly and efficient and as an H10 club member, we were given a room upgrade and a free drink each of our choosing!
Room was immaculate with a great shower, nice toiletries, robes and slippers, fridge, free safe and complimentary water. We also received a beautiful gift of traditional soap from Rome, greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was nice with a good selection of usual cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, pastries and cereals.
The bar area was nice and although closed at this time of year, the rooftop pool looked lovely!
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and my daughter loved the fact that the cleaner folded her pyjamas!
Although the hotel seems far away from the historical sites, the 170 bus or the train from Trastevere, takes you to most areas for connections.
Having previously only stayed in H10 hotels in beach resorts before, we were very pleased with our first city hotel and would happily return.
We made lots of great memories of your wonderful city and hotel.. .
