I totaly regretted taking this hotel, because the poor comfort that I found.. The staff was friendly. The mattresses are very old, also the carpets. (They showed me two rooms)
The safety box was broken, they fixed the last day of my stay..

More or less OK but it needs to be improved. The personeel was good, but the soundproof and breakfast - not. Also it is deffinetly not 4 stars and the hole hotel have to be improved and renovated. But it is good that you have service on the reception.. Breakfast is not good, it has to be improved. Soundproof also. And there are a lot of switchers in the rooms, we were afraid of insulations and fireprotection..

Not great. Do not book this hotel if you want a decent stay. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff. Very friendly. But the rooms are a bit run down. If you’re coming as a couple you’ll probably have to ask for extra towels and pillows. The beds are rock hard. The air con works but you wouldn’t know. Noise from other rooms can be bad too. The area is very run down. Nothing around apart from a few shops. Getting to the centre of rome isn’t great either. Taxi costs too much and waiting for a bus and using metro takes time. You’re better off paying the extra money for a better hotel. . .

Ok Hotel which clearly needs renovation work!!!. The staff is friendly and will make effort to answer request/ give advice for things like taxi, restaurants.... The hotel clearly needs renovation. Paints are cracking if not worse (especially in bathroom). Toilets are covered in calc. Beds are not comfortable. Lighting is old fashioned and does not make the room feel cosy. The breakfast is really disappointing the choice is really poor and the quality is not impressive..

Good Hotel, but too far from the city center.. Hoping this review might help, i will write the pros-cons:
+ The staff is very friendly and professional
+ Room was good (Although it needed some repairs)
+ Breakfast was included ( but: small quantities & not much to choose from)
+ Located in calm area.
- Distance ( Do not go if you dont have a car, because the public transport is horrendous and uncomfortable - does not have AC on summer with temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius-; The taxi to the center costs aprox. 30 euros.
- Does not have any items like toothbrush, etc ready.
Overall the hotel is good and I would stay again if it was not for the distance. .
