Stale smoke and dirty bathroom . whilst the staff were very helpful especially in helping me to connect to the Internet .
Our bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned and the room smelt of stale cigarettes.
After changing rooms we still had one which was very smelly......no smoking signs in the rooms, and furnished with an ashtray!!!!
If we hadn't been so exhausted from our travel I think we would have left.......immediately . .

Staff are extremely helpful and try their best. The hotel non smoking policy is not followed by customers. For non smoker person the room odour unpleasant.

Stay with family near high-speed train station . The location was very convenient. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and good quality. There's no cardio room as showed in the picture. The pool was good size but the water was very cold. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and later was told it was a smoking friendly hotel which we didn't like. . .
