Exceptional. Centrally located. Close to Orange and Green hop on hop off busses. We could see the Mediterranean Sea from our 6th floor window.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Coffee was fresh ground and delicious.
Tapas from Cafe Oasis were affordable and very good.. .

Perfect location. Lovely helpful staff, very clean and modern with maid service cleaning daily. I forgot my phone charger and they went out of their way to find me one. Staff always polite and would say Hello .The rooftop bar opened a few days after arrival , it would help if this was clearer in the advert. Our room looked onto an internal court yard but if made it lovely and quiet so worked out nicely.. The recommended taxi service, we were told it would be around 30€ to the airport and he tried to charge us 50€. Sort your own taxi or uber out..

Great location, personal requests not acknowledged.. Perfect location near the harbor and gothic district.. We made our reservation for two rooms well in advance and wanted our daughter’s room to be on the same floor as our room. The staff knew of the request but said they could accommodate it. We stayed there for three nights but they said they couldn’t help us on any movie. They really did not seem to care how we felt about the fact and our safety concerns..

Enjoyable. Great location, very clean but a few nuisance issues. Location was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable.. Noise. Not so much from outside but from the neighbouring room we're you could hear the plumbing either from flushing toilets or from the shower being used. There were no instructions on how to use the air conditioning and as such it was fairly useless.

Perfect. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Right next to a metro station and bus stop. It is within walking distance of the marina with lots of bars and restaurants to chose from. A 10 min walk and you’re on the beach. In addition to this, the hotel has a roof top pool and outdoor area. Perfect!. .
